Everybody knew that health is wealth. Wellness is very important for all. Everybody knew it without good health nobody can happiness in his life. Health, happiness, and success all are co-related. So we need to keep up our roper healthy life. Now anyone can question me what is proper healthy life is. 


Proper health means proper lifestyle, proper diet, proper physical exercise, and proper sleep motion. Every day we worked hard and every day we lose ourselves. kilocalorie and energy. So every day we need to at least 2000 kilocalories from food supplements and also need energetic food to fill the body loses strength.


 World health organization guidelines published that Nutrition is a very important part of daily life. No need for more and more food contains but need to minerals and kilocalories. Fruits are always very good healthy food for all. Because, it has mineral, iron, vitamin, etc which is so important to build up our daily health. But, well health depends on some of the causes which is another important part like as less childhood death, fight with communicable and non-communicable diseases. Prevent and treat substance abuse.


 Support research development and universal access to affordable vaccines and medicines,  increase health financing, and support the health workforce in developing and non-developing countries. Improve early warning system for global health risks, reduce maternal mortality. Last 15 years we have seen the number of childhood death has been cut in half. This is a very important sign to develop our daily life long. This proves that it is possible to win against almost every disease. Still, now the world is spending an astonishing amount of money and resource to easily prevent. 


This is a new goal for worldwide well health. So everybody needs to ensure healthy lives with well-being and we have to take effective action for better more life. This is another important to fight communicable diseases like AIDS, tuberculosis, combat hepatitis,  tropical diseases, and other communicable diseases.   Need to Prevention and treatment of substance abuse, including narcotic drug abuse and harmful use of alcohol which is very important to keep up the good health. Need to the capacity of all countries, in particular, developing countries for early warning system like as covid 19 warnings,  need to risk reduction and management of national.


Global health risk. World health organization also wants by 2030 to reduce the global maternal mortality,  ratio, cardiovascular mortality, diabetes, and other critical diseases. We have a need to counseling all for take healthy food,  healthy environment, and healthy lifestyle. If we can ensure it I hope we will also give a healthy population, a healthy child, and healthy life 



Now we will know that health is good and some of the right ways to stay healthy.


1. We will get in the habit of waking up very early in the morning and try to wake up every morning and walk for 40-50 minutes. Because there can be no better exercise than walking.


2. We will try not to eat outside food, outside food is very bad for health. And we will eat more vegetables and fruits.


3. I will drink 7-8 liters of water every day and try to wake up in the morning to drink water on an empty stomach. I will not drink too much water during meals, I will drink more water 1-2 hours after eating it is very beneficial for health.


4. Eat more oil, ghee, sweet Dalda food less. Because these are very harmful to health.


5. Always try to eat fresh vegetables and fruits. It is very beneficial for you.


6. Practice exercising every day which is very beneficial for your body.


7. Don't drink too much tea or coffee, try to eat fruit juice if you can.


8. Try to eat dinner early, so that you can sleep 2 hours after your meal.


9. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep every day will make your brain work properly. Sleeping less than this can cause you many kinds of problems.


You will try to comply with these issues, then hopefully no difficult disease will take root in your body.
